Our mission is to empower coastal communities by providing hands-on education, workforce development, and leadership opportunities in habitat restoration. Through initiatives like the Resilient Coastlines curriculum, paid internships, and an advisory council of local leaders, we build technical capacity, inspire the next generation of environmental stewards, and ensure that restoration efforts are driven by community needs and local expertise.
Student Internships
We are inspiring the next generation of ocean ambassadors through hands-on internship opportunities that connect students directly to marine conservation. Through the Youth Ocean Explorers (YOE) internships and our Coral Spawning Internship, participants gain real-world experience in coral restoration, scientific research, and environmental stewardship while working alongside conservation professionals. By investing in young leaders today, we are helping ensure the next generation is prepared to protect the next generation of corals and the ecosystems they support.
Education and Outreach
The Resilient Coastlines curriculum engages K-12 students in the vital concepts of habitat restoration and the various career opportunities in environmental conservation. By incorporating hands-on activities, students gain practical insights into the importance of restoring coastal ecosystems. Workforce Develpoment
We’re committed to building technical capacity in coral restoration and environmental management through paid internships, mentorship programs, and contractual positions.
