Community Empowerment
Our mission is to empower coastal communities by providing hands-on education, workforce development, and leadership opportunities in habitat restoration. Through initiatives like the Resilient Coastlines curriculum, paid internships, and an advisory council of local leaders, we build technical capacity, inspire the next generation of environmental stewards, and ensure that restoration efforts are driven by community needs and local expertise.

Workforce Develpoment
We’re committed to building technical capacity in coral restoration and environmental management through paid internships, mentorship programs, and contractual positions. These hands-on opportunities provide valuable experience and professional development, equipping individuals with the skills needed to lead future conservation efforts. By nurturing local talent, we create a skilled workforce that supports long-term environmental sustainability while offering pathways for meaningful careers in marine conservation.
Education and Outreach
The Resilient Coastlines curriculum introduces K-12 students to the importance of habitat restoration and potential careers in environmental conservation. Through hands-on activities like student-led propagation and outplanting of native coastal plants and mangroves, students gain practical experience in restoring coastal ecosystems. This program fosters a deeper understanding of environmental stewardship while inspiring the next generation of conservation leaders.

Community Leadership
An advisory council of local leaders guides project decisions to ensure they meet the unique needs of the community. By incorporating local knowledge and perspectives, the council helps shape initiatives that are both relevant and sustainable, fostering stronger community involvement and ensuring that restoration efforts align with regional priorities.
